Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about picks, Three Stars, deadlines, scoring and the Premier League calendar.
Do I have to pick every fixture?
No. One completed match pick plus a valid Three Stars selection is enough to save an entry. Coach will show where you can strengthen the entry before the remaining fixtures lock.
When can I change a pick?
Each fixture remains editable until five minutes before its own kickoff. Server time controls the deadline, and later fixtures remain open after earlier matches have locked.
What happens to unused wallet points?
They remain available while eligible fixtures are open. Any points left when the matchweek ends expire and add zero to your score.
How do multipliers work?
Pickstand converts verified market data into virtual-points multipliers. A correct 10-point pick at 1.80× returns 18 points. The multiplier saved with your pick is used for scoring and is not changed retrospectively.
How does BOOST work?
You may use one BOOST per matchweek on an eligible pick at 3.0× or below. If that pick is correct, BOOST doubles its full return. If it is incorrect, it returns zero.
What are the Three Stars requirements?
Choose one Backline, one Midfield and one Attack player from three different clubs, within 22 Star Credits. Then choose one of them as Lead Star for 2× player points.
When do Three Stars lock?
Each Star locks five minutes before that player’s club fixture. Once a Star is locked, that player and any locked Lead Star assignment cannot be changed.
Why is my score provisional?
Live match events can be corrected after review. Pickstand finalizes scoring after results and player events are confirmed.
What happens when a fixture is postponed?
The affected pick is voided and its points return to your matchweek wallet while an eligible replacement remains. If the club has no remaining eligible fixture, an affected Three Stars slot can reopen.
Is Pickstand a gambling product?
No. Pickstand is free to play and uses virtual points only. There are no deposits, withdrawals, prizes tied to points or point-to-money conversion.
Can I report Fan Zone content?
Yes. Reports enter the moderation queue. Content may be hidden while it is reviewed, and repeated or serious breaches can lead to account restrictions.
