How player data is used
Pickstand stores only the information needed to authenticate players, operate the game and protect its integrity.
Information processed
Account identity from the configured sign-in provider, display profile, supported club, entries, leaderboard scores, Fan Zone activity, moderation reports, notification preferences and security records.
Purpose
Data is used to run entries and scoring, display participant leaderboards and profiles, send requested notifications, moderate community features, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.
Providers
Authentication, hosting, database, telemetry, realtime and sports-data vendors process data only for application operation. Football data is stored separately from participant identity.
Retention and rights
Season records and audit evidence may be retained for integrity and support. Contact the Pickstand organizer to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and game-integrity requirements.
